"Empowering people.  That is my passion.  Every time I guide a client through the process of uncovering and correcting the imbalances that exist within their body - and within their day-to-day life - that individual becomes empowered.... to finally take control of their own health.  That person is fully equipped to embark on a journey toward wellness where they are in the driver's seat, armed with the proper knowledge, tools, and self-care practices to achieve a higher quality of life and a true sense of well-being. And I love that."
